Give Your Kids the Lifelong Gifts of Personal Success, Confidence, Discipline and Self-Defense ...

While Making Sure They Have A Ton Of Fun.

Martial arts classes normally makes you think of fighting, self-defense, being strong, fit and safe. The truth is, it’s all that and WAY more!

Does Your Kid Have
Any Of These Troubles?

  • They’re bright and intelligent, yet have trouble paying attention at home, in school or in any important situation, even being classified as an “ADD” or “ADHD” child.

  • They suffer from bullying. Or just as bad, they are the bully.

  • They are simply shy and lack the confidence and self-esteem needed to live up to their full potential.

  • They lack respect for you, their teachers, and their peers – throwing tantrums and causing tension for everyone around them.

  • They are great kids but they just don’t listen, often being told to do something a hundred times before they actually do anything.

  • They are missing out on a healthy role model.

The Difficulties of Raising Children Are Near Endless

Luckily there is a comprehensive solution…

There really is a safe, natural and extremely effective way to take charge and positively impact every aspect of your child’s life. It doesn’t take medicine, therapy, harsh actions, or cajoling your kids to change their behavior. Instead, it is teaching your kids self-discipline, hard work, confidence, and respect. This done in a way that empowers them while also teaching them humility, and promoting health and fitness… all at the same time.

Sounds like a wonder cure doesn’t it?

But there really is something that does all that. And that’s the power of martial arts classes.

YOUR CHILD WILL GROW WILL EVERY CLASS!

Lifelong Character and Success Traits

Your kids’ everyday friends aren’t the main concern anymore when it comes to character development. Now you have to worry about all the negative and harmful influences that the internet can introduce into your children’s lives.

The true benefit or our classes are the character and success traits that are developed through martial arts training.

Through learning the skills and techniques of martial arts, to the guidance and inspiration of our instructors and the positive social interaction with their fellow classmates, your kids will develop a whole list of skills.

Fitness Disguised

Face it. Between the foods we eat and the constant sitting and staring into screens and devices, many kids aren’t getting enough regular exercise.

Our martial arts classes for kids are full exercise routines disguised as a boatload of fun! That’s because they are jam packed with activities, games and drills that are all designed to disguise the repetition of training.

Of course it’s important for your kids to exercise and wear themselves out – they stay healthy, sleep well, and develop their minds and bodies. But just as important, our classes will help develop at a young age the physical habits they need to grow into healthy adults.

Self-Defense From Predators and Bullies

We never want our kids to have to use these skills in modern life, but every good parent still wants their kids to be safe.

That’s why our martial arts training is very serious about teaching your kids the skills needed for self-protection in any circumstance, from the neighborhood bully to a stranger on the street (and so much more).

But knowing how to defend oneself is only half the battle. Our classes teach your child the respect and self-discipline needed to diffuse a situation without violence whenever possible – as well as the knowledge to know when force is the only way to safety.

Tons of F-U-N !!

We never forget… kids are kids and they deserve to have some fun!

We can’t guarantee that their normal school teachers are making learning an enjoyable experience, but we DO guarantee that your kid will have a blast in our martial arts classes.

It really is a challenge to design a class that keeps children focused on learning, respect, and discipline while still having fun… but our classes are created just for that. They are so full of ideas, activities, and games that your kids will never get bored or stagnate.

It’s also a fantastic and healthy environment for them (and you) to make friends with other like-minded students. It really is a place where laughter, cheer and happiness abound.

Frequently Asked Questions

Isn’t it violent? And will my kid become violent after learning martial arts?

One word, NO. It seems counter intuitive, but actually kids often become less violent as a result of marital arts training. It’s a method of channeling and relieving aggression, while at the same time increasing respect and care for others. While we teach kids to be more tough and confident, it’s all in the name of self-defense and as a last resort – not as a weapon to attack. By learning self-defense they gain a better understanding of themselves and those around them, which actually promotes more peace for all.

Can anybody do it, boys and girls? Even non-athletic kids?

The truth is people of all types and genders gravitate toward martial arts. Classes are filled equally with boys and girls. Girls love the empowerment they feel from becoming stronger and more capable of handling a threatening situation. Their confidence soars and they more often than not become much tougher than the boys. At the same time, any kids who struggle with team sports and other activities also tend to really enjoy marital arts. That’s because they get to progress at their own speed and their results are quite noticeable. This allows them to quickly gain confidence and self-esteem through their own actions.

Students are taught that all participants matter and the more skilled students are in no way more special than other students. Everyone is treated equally because martial arts is a personal development discipline and we all learn at different speeds.

This fact is celebrated throughout all of our classes.

How old do you have to be to learn?

The cool thing is anybody can learn at nearly any age.

Kids start as young as 6 years old and our classes go all the way up to teen and adult programs.

We all have to start somewhere and nobody is perfect from the get-go. That’s what makes martial arts so fun and challenging, your kids progress at their own natural speed no matter when they start.

So if your child starts at 3 years old or at 15, he will get proper instruction starting from the fundamentals and building from there. Either way, we provide everything needed to grow from the inside out.

Will it be fun? Or will my kid want to quit?

While we can’t guarantee everybody loves it, almost all kids do! To start, there is a certain “cool” factor behind martial arts that gets the kids interested. But what we’ve found is that once kids get started and into the training, they simply enjoy the activity and personal development. So while you may have to chase your kid around and force them to do other activities (even fun ones like team sports), kids are often waiting on their parents to take them to their next martial arts lesson. We create the classes to be hard work disguised as fun. It’s also a place to interact with a bunch of other kids who share the same passion. As a result, the kids love it and parents love that their kids have found something they care about. Some parents even use martial arts as a way to reward good behavior!

It looks dangerous… Will my kid get hurt?

First off, safety is the highest priority in our classes. All training is done following top safety standards and through the tradition passed down through ages of martial arts training. Our modern classroom has all the proper gear necessary for a safe learning environment, from padded floors to safety pads when necessary. Instruction follows safety from day one, ensuring that the core safety standards are instilled in your child throughout the learning process. All that being said, injuries do happen on a very rare occasion. That is the exception, not the standard. In reality, risk of injury and the injuries incurred are typically no greater or different than those that could happen from other modern actives and sports – such as football, soccer, baseball, and hockey.

How is martial arts different from other sports or activities?

The differences are really too many to count. Martial arts is a highly personal activity. Nobody gets left behind because all children advance at their own pace. Your child will learn a talent that they can be extremely proud of. Not only does it look and feel very cool to their peers, but they gain a lot of skills that other activities don’t provide. While promoting fitness like other sports, martial arts develops a higher sense of self-awareness and the self-defense that other sports can’t offer. The skills they learn as a kid could very much save their life later as an adult!  Even though it’s not a team sport, our classes are taught in a highly social group setting. Kids progress at their own rate, but they also learn and interact with each other in the process. We’ve found that this interaction helps kids become more respectful of their peers.

Because it is a self-paced personal activity, kids tend to push themselves and grow to an incredible level. Team sports allow the better athletes to excel while the not so good ones can get left behind. With martial arts, no student is left behind.
